With the help of MARK, the client is able to serialize by assigning Unique Identity (UID) to every product. Pre-printed labels comprising UIDs were pasted on finished goods at the manufacturing facilities enabling convenient tracking of products throughout their lifecycle. While Original4Sure ensures complete brand protection and helps create effective customer engagement. It allows customers to verify their purchases while allowing the client to decode key consumption patterns using advanced analytics.

Till date, 2M+ products are serialized to facilitate easy track and trace seamless Inventory tracking via semi-automated processes and minimal errors. It is observed that 1,100 retail stores audited in regions were experiencing high counterfeiting and more than 50 counterfeiter’s locations (retailer) were identified. Empowered customers have provided leads to 2,200 suspected cases via customer care.

Lack in product traceability caused issues in handling returns from distributors to CnFs, gaining insights from consumer engagements, curbing product diversion, and addressing product counterfeiting.

While Supplytics helped in automating processes facilitate dispatches through 11 CnFs across India via primary and secondary packaging linking (L1-L2 linking) with real-time updates on products movement. Moreover, mobile-enabled product tracking infrastructure helps to capture inventory levels up-till retailers and empower consumers to verify their purchases.

So far, the client was able to track the real-time consumption pattern of +25 SKUs, for +10,000 retailers across 1,000 Districts. In addition, they are able to attain more visibility into territorial diversions with real-time info thus, creating strong geographical boundaries. Furthermore, it is observed that 1 in every 5 products sold was verified by consumers which helped the client curb counterfeiting”
