The client is a prominent bio-pesticide producer with operations in more than 9 Indian States. Due to the absence of tangible engagements, they were facing issues in measuring the efficiency of Trade Promotions and driving incremental sales. Furthermore, ambiguity around the performance of ongoing schemes was against the optimization of trade Promotion for better ROI.
Post careful analysis of the client’s situation, we suggested them to implement O4S’s Trade Promotion Management solution “Gynger“. The solution helped the client in digitalizing its Trade Promotion schemes and reducing reliance on middlemen by directly incentivizing retailers. Using Gynger’s data-driven approach, the client is able to gain better visibility around the performance of its Trade Promotion schemes along with Retailers’ NPS which helped in predicting their lifetime value and loyalty.
Till now, O4S has helped the client in connecting with 8,000 retailers for a different set of trade promotion schemes. The client was successful in establishing a direct connection with more than 4,000 retailers across 4 states across India. In addition, analytical tools and a dashboard aided the client in carefully monitoring and assessing the current schemes while also estimating the performance of new schemes.
